Dohrn Continues to Improve Operations
We are excited to announce that we are increasing our linehaul driver count by 10%, allowing us to expand direct loading between more terminals. By running more direct routes, we enhance efficiency, improve service, and reduce handling, which ultimately minimizes claims. As we move into larger terminals, we will continuously improve operations by expanding direct linehaul routes and gradually phasing out consolidation terminals, ensuring a smoother, more reliable experience for you.
Effective March 3, 2025, terminal operations in Jefferson City, MO has been consolidated into Surgeon, MO. Sutton Transport will no longer operate a separate terminal in Jefferson City, with all operations now centralized at the Sturgeon, MO facility. Sutton customers can continue to expect the same reliable pickup and transit services in the region.
Next, on April 14, Dohrn’s Minneapolis team will move into the significantly larger Sutton Transport facility, further enhancing our operational capabilities in the area. Sutton Transport’s Kansas City facility will become a Dohrn location at the end of April.
