Several governments have issued shelter-in-place orders that limit many businesses from operating. However, Dohrn Transfer is defined as a critical infrastructure sector by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) during the COVID-19 response.  Transportation is key to support the crucial industries needed to keep the public safe and infrastructure in place. We haul critical goods for many customers including food, medical supplies, ag equipment, sanitation products, construction and more.  As the world pulls together to overcome the challenges from COVID-19, we are doing our part by making sure we make these essential deliveries.

“There are 16 critical infrastructure sectors whose assets, systems, and networks, whether physical or virtual, are considered so vital to the United States that their incapacitation or destruction would have a debilitating effect on security, national economic security, national public health or safety, or any combination thereof. Presidential Policy Directive 21 (PPD-21): PPD-21 identifies 16 critical infrastructure sectors.”  As part of the Transportation System Sector, Dohrn Transfer continues to do business as usual.

Dohrn Transfer remains committed to taking steps to prevent the spread of COVID-19 to both our employees and the public.  We will continue to monitor CDC and Homeland Security guidelines and take all pertinent steps.
