Why are you implementing the Dohrn OnePro Solution?
To unify operations after the Dohrn-Sutton merger, the Dohrn OnePro Solution removes the need for separate tracking numbers, streamlining and simplifying shipping.
How does this impact my shipments?
Your shipments will be handled as usual, but you can now track and manage them with one pro number, whether they move through Dohrn or Sutton.
What if I previously shipped with both companies?
You should request a block of Dohrn OnePro’s for each carrier. You will need a Sutton block of Dohrn OnePro’s and a block for Dohrn. We will send you pre-assigned blocks of pros to load into your TMS under each carrier SCAC.
How do I track my shipment?
You can track your shipment using the same online tools you’re familiar with. Simply enter your Dohrn OnePro number on either Dohrn or Sutton website or contact Customer Service for updates.
What if I use electronic pro’s?
If you use Sutton, you will need a new block of electronic pro’s. Contact your salesperson or email sales@dohrn.com to request a block of Dohrn OnePro’s.
Do I need to change how I submit my freight?
No, your current processes remain the same. Submit your pickup with either Dohrn or Sutton. You will simply use the Dohrn OnePro number for tracking and documentation purposes.
Will my transit times change?
No, your transit times will remain the same. The shipment will move via the transit times of the carrier listed on the Bill of Lading. If you want your freight to move with the Dohrn transit times, list “Dohrn” on the Bill of Lading. If you want your freight to move using Sutton transits, list “Sutton” on the Bill of Lading. This enhancement is designed to improve efficiency, but our service standards and commitments to on-time delivery will not change.
